Ecotourism

At Altanea, we understand tourism as an opportunity to enjoy the environment without compromising it. We believe in a model that combines comfort, authenticity, and respect, where each project is conceived as a transformative experience for both the traveler and the territory that hosts them.

Our tourism spaces are designed under the principle of minimal intervention, integrating with the landscape and enhancing the connection with nature. It’s not just about offering unique accommodations, but about creating settings that invite people to experience the natural environment in a full, balanced, and conscious way.

From family stays in nature to experiential tourism proposals, all our developments share a common denominator: being leaders in sustainability and social responsibility.

Each project incorporates measures that guarantee the conservation of the environment and foster a positive long-term impact:

  • Water Management: Responsible use of water resources, with systems for the recovery and reuse of gray and rainwater.
  • Reforestation & Biodiversity: Planting of native species and regenerative landscaping that revitalizes local habitats.
  • Clean Energies: Generation of renewable energy that covers demand and returns surpluses to the grid during low season.
  • Sustainable Mobility: Promotion of bicycle use, electric transport, and low-emission alternatives both within the sites and in their surroundings.
  • Responsible Consumption: Reduction of the ecological footprint through efficient design and the promotion of good practices among visitors.
  • Sustainability Certification: A tangible commitment that supports each project through internationally recognized standards.

For us, the true luxury of tourism is enjoying nature without harming it, creating memorable experiences that respect and enrich the place where they happen.

Featured Projects

Camp-Bio

Plot of 69,124 m² in Córdoba city, with a gentle slope offering excellent views of the Guadalquivir River.

Its location, set back yet close to the urban environment, makes this asset a unique opportunity, combining Córdoba’s urban tourism with luxury eco-tourism and wellness.

The project envisions an innovative glamping site, featuring exclusive custom-designed mobile homes, Safari Deluxe tents, domes, a motorhome area, sports facilities, and swimming pools. The entire complex will be powered by renewable energy, reinforcing its sustainable character.

Located in Alameda de Osuna, a quiet area that allows visitors to disconnect without leaving the city, the asset lies along the route connecting Medina Azahara with the Mosque, just a 10-minute walk from the Mosque-Cathedral itself — one of Spain’s most important monuments and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The immediate surroundings offer attractions such as the zoo, the Axerquía Theatre, and the Botanical Garden, complemented by the wide cultural and leisure offer of the city center, reachable in barely 10 minutes on foot.

Finally, the presence of an already operational caravan parking area highlights the growing interest in camping tourism in the region.

La Atlántida

Luxury glamping located in Chipiona, on the Atlantic Coast, at an altitude of 6 meters above sea level, between the towns of Rota and Sanlúcar de Barrameda and 60 km from Cádiz, in the renowned Costa de la Luz.

A sustainable environment has been conceived to harmonize the comfort of hotels with immersion in nature and the essence of camping. The complex is made up of several unique and interconnected accommodation areas: exclusive custom-designed mobile homes for a homely feel, Safari-style tents for a different experience without sacrificing comfort, and a motorhome area for the more adventurous.

Spanning over 50,000 m², the site will also feature sports facilities, children’s areas, swimming pools, a minimarket, parking, and gastronomic spaces.

A highlight of the project is an exclusive beach club with direct access to the beach, including a select restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, a pool surrounded by Balinese beds, and a spacious chill-out area on the beachfront.
